How to Submit an Item to a Review Group
In order for an item to be approved for a shared library, you must first submit it to a review group. Only users with
1.To submit an item for review, first create an item by following the process described in the section Creating Items That You Can Add to Tests. In order to submit the item for review, it must meet the following requirements:
- The item has all the required content (such as a prompt, response area, and valid answer key)
- The item has a Draft status and has not yet been added to any tests
- The item is not shared with any other users
2.In the top-right corner of the Item Builder, click Submit for Review.
3.In the confirmation message that appears, select which review group you wish to submit the item to and click Submit.
- If a reviewer sends the item back for revision, you can modify the item’s content and resubmit it by clicking the Resubmit button that appears in the review panel for submitted items.
